Good luck should you need customer to tech support. Worst I've ever had- one guy lied and
said it would be on the next morning, called at noon the next day, the so-called customer
support knew nothing about it. Spent nearly an hour between three people, finally was told
DSL would be turned on 2 days later. Forget Qwest.
Order 1.5 mbps
DSL service a week ago. Was assured by the sales person that 1.5 speed was a
available at my address. The tech calls me to say that they can only provide 256k at my
address.
This is very poor customer service. Qwest should know what speeds at available at what
locations and not waste everyone's time.
Qwest requires a 2 year contract for 26.99/mo 1.5mbps services.
