Reviewers Comments: We have had Comcast Cable for years. We wanted local channels and at the time had Dish Network, so, we got a price break on low tier basic cable and internet together. Got tired of the Dish, so, went all to Comcast, and have rarely had any problems. At one of our other houses we had lot of dropped internet, found out someone shot at squirrels and compromised the cable line miles from us, so, we had issues. The people in their advanced trouble shooting department stayed on it and got it fixed fast! Wish we had some of the Augusta GA lineup, and Comcast OnDemand, but we are too far away from Augusta and Atlanta for us to get it in our area yet. If we could buy our own DVRs to use we would be glad too, but overall, we are more than satisfied with out cable, and internet bundled package. We have VoIP too, but it is with someone not listed here, and they are great too, $40.00 for the 1st year, 20-30 a year after that. we have no more landline, and pay as you go phones, we save some bucks! | |||

Reviewers Comments: Support wont give you support if you say you use Firefox. Overall they are a good ISP. I could use more upload speed. | |||

Reviewers Comments: Best service ever had. having 12MB/s Download and 1.8 MB/s upload. No disconnection ever found. Speed remains same throughout. | |||
