Reviewers Comments: I had problems with my order. I was promised services at one rate and charged another rate. Charged for services I did not order. Never told about hook up charge. Charged for a modem that I never received. Still do not have one of my computers working online. Continue to have problems logging onto internet with my other computer. Took 3 calls to get the initial service hook up. Technician very nice. Then took 3+ calls to have bill straightened out. | |||
