How much commission can I earn?
The more valid leads who successfully submit a form from your web site, the more commissions you will earn. For each valid lead you will earn 50% of the revenue associated with that lead.

There is no limit to the number of valid leads that can be submitted.
How do I add the business form to my web site?
In your affiliate control panel, navigate to Marketing Materials -> HTML Ads. In the resulting UI select "Display HTML Ads". Within the next UI there is a choice of both a large of small form, just copy and paste the relevant HTML as shown into the relevant pages on your site.
What is the difference between the large and small forms?
There is no difference in terms of commission etc, just a different form of UI asking the same questions. The large form is best if you have the room on your site.
What other marketing options are available?
If you are able to send emails or include HTML links in other locations, then it is possible to using the Marketing Materials -> Email Links.

The result is the same, except that the user sees the relevant form displayed in a standalone web page.

As mentioned, this is great for email campaigns, where possible from your web site.
How often can I use the business quote form?
You can place the business quote form in as many locations as you wish, just ensure the HTML is copied correctly.
When will I be paid?
You will be paid for each approved successful business quote submission, at the beginning of each month.
What is a valid lead?
A qualified lead is a prospect who has provided full contact information. The qualified Leads do not include people who do not intended to purchase our products such as the following: Students, Researchers, Consultants,
Robot Generated Leads, and Duplicate Leads. Prospects must be located in the United States.
How do I test that everything is created correctly?
In order to test that you have everything configured correctly and you are ready for commissions, use the Business VoIP quote form from your site. However for the email address use test@whichvoip.com to indicate this is a test lead.

This will utilize the complete system as if it was a real lead, including having the lead appear as a potential lead. If you then log on to your affiliate control panel, and see a pending commission, then you know that everything is configured correctly.

Obviously this lead will not be approved, but this will allow you to validate the configuration.
Can I use text & information on the page available from the standard link on my web site?
If you wish to have the form on your site, and would like to include some additional text, you can re-use the text available on http://www.whichvoip.com/voip/business-voip-forms/business-voip-wvaffsm.php?id=Affiliate_Default. However this can only be text from this page, and it can only be included on a page with the Business VoIP Quote form.

I would like to provide content about the form on my site, where can I get such content?
Providing content associated with the form or banners is a great way to introduce the potential benefits to your users. You are welcome to use any of the content available at http://www.whichvoip.com/voip/business-voip-forms/business-voip-wvaffsm.php?id=Affiliate_Default on your site.

If you feel this content is not exactly what you would like, feel free to contact partners@whichvoip.com and discuss possible options.
When a lead is submitted it shows a value, but when it is approved the value changes, why is this?
When the lead is submitted, it is given a value based on an average revenue for that type of lead. However the true revenue for that specific lead is not known until it has been processed, which can take up to a month (typically half way though each month). At this time, the actual revenue for that least is known and updated within the system. It is at this time the lead is validated, approved and the true revenue can be realized.
When are leads approved/declined?
Leads are approved on the 10th of the month, following their submission. For example, any leads submitted during the month of August, will be approved or declined on September the 10th
